Ubud and Tanah Lot Tour

ART VILLAGE

Ubud and Tanah Lot Tour will start to see a traditional Barong and Keris Dance at Batubulan Village, then make a stop at Art Villages such as, Celuk village as centre of Gold and Silver Smith and Mas Village as centre of Wood Carving and Continue the tour to Batuan Village temple which this temple was built on 1910 and has a unique and artistic stone carving. After that we will take you to explore the beauty of Tegenungan Waterfall, The next stop is centre of Ubud to explore the Ubud traditional art market and Ubud Palace. Last destination in this trip is Tanah Lot temple on the rock off shore the sea to enjoy one of magnificent place to see sunset in Bali.

BARONG AND KRISDANCE

First stop will see The Barong and Kris Dance at Batubulan village, the performance start at 9.30 am and finish at 10.30 am. The Barong dance is represent an enternal fight between good and evil spirit. A Barong ( mythological animal ) represent good spirit and Rangda ( mythological monster ) represent evil one. Balinese people also believed that the Barong is symbol of protector.

Afterwards will take you to visit silver smith, woodcarving and painting. The gold and silver smith is Celuk Village located the next of Batubulan Village. There are a lot of huge silver shop in this village. The woodcarving village name is Mas village, this village produce very good quality of woodcarving made from very hard wood such as teak wood, ebony, mahogany, and hibiscus wood, those of wood import from another island like Java, Sumatra and Sulawesi.

BATUAN VILLAGE

Batuan Temple is a local Balinese Hindu temple looked after by the local resident of Batuan countryside. The temple is designed very beautiful with full of Balinese ornaments and the roof temple building is made from the fiber of chromatic black palm tree. For over a thousand years, Batuan has been a village of artists and craftsmen, old legends and mysterious tales. Batuan Temple were founded in the year 944 isaka (1020 AD). Nearly 1000 years old.The Batuan Temple is a Puseh Temple category based on the concept of “Tri Kahyangan or Tri Murti”.
Tri Kahyangan or Tri Murti including 3 temples :
• Desa or Village Temple as a place to worship of God Brahma (the Creator)
• Puseh Temple to worship of God Vishnu (the Preserver)
• Dalem Temple to worship of Lord Shiva (the Destroyer)

Tegenungan Waterfall

Tegenungan waterfall is the beauty and hidden waterfall in ubud village, exactly located in tegenungan kemenuh town, district Sukawati, gianyar. tegenungan waterfall is different from any other waterfalls in bali. though it is not situated on a highland or mountain, it remains to offer beautiful natural scenery. its height is about 4 meters and has very heavy torrents. it is crystal clear water is very suitable for bathing or just playing around. it is approximately 30 km from denpasar or 13 km from the city of gianyar. tegenungan waterfall is scenery is so beautiful and enriched by lush tropical green trees growing on the riverbank.

UBUD ART MARKET

The Ubud Art Market, locally referred to as ‘Pasar Seni Ubud’ is located opposite the the Puri Saren Royal Ubud Palace and is open daily. Here you can find beautiful silk scarves, lightweight shirts, handmade woven bags, baskets or hats; statues, kites and many other hand-crafted goods. Most of the goods found at the Ubud Market are made in the neighbouring villages of Pengosekan, Tegallalang, Payangan and Peliatan.

BALI COFFEE PLANTATION

Bali coffee plantation is coffee processing and farming. Bali coffee Luwak, the place to see various of plantation such as coffee Arabica, Robusta, Pineapple, Cacao, Jack fruit and ect. Experience to see how to make Balinese Coffee or Ginger tea with green view.

TANAH LOT TEMPLE

Tanah Lot Temple is one of Bali’s most important landmarks, famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops. An ancient Hindu shrine perched on top of an outcrop amidst constantly crashing waves; Tanah Lot Temple is simply among Bali’s not-to-be-missed icons. The onshore site is dotted with smaller shrines alongside visitors’ leisure facilities that comprise restaurants, shops and a cultural park presenting regular dance performances. The temple is located in the Beraban village of the Tabanan regency, an approximate 20km northwest of Kuta.
